We are looking for a passionate UX designer who will be an important part of our Sales & Marketing Domain within Business Digital. It starts with you!  

You will take on an active role in improving the end-user experience of our digital products and services. You consult with stakeholders to better understand their needs and goals, conduct usability testing, create digital product prototypes, and conduct user analyses. You understand what drives people to take the actions they do and learn from that information to create a seamless and satisfying user experience.  

As part of the product teams, you will help build and continuously improve digital products for the logged-in customer at Stena Recycling Group, always by putting customer and user experience at the center. With digital technology you will help drive growth and revenue as an addition to the traditional business.

We are three product teams that together develop Stena Recycling's customer portal - a service used by thousands of customers in five countries. You will work closely with our product owners: Lars and Karolina - and become an important part of a UX team that, together with the developers, drives the agile work forward to provide Stena's customers with digital services and the best possible user experience. We want to both deliver value and have fun along the way. We are located at the top of Stena Metal's building, with a relaxed atmosphere and space for both work focus and ping pong matches. With us, you will have plenty of space to understand the users' needs and translate them into prototypes and final design. We look forward to meeting you!  

Using your potential, you will:  

• Conduct user research to understand user needs  
• Develop user journeys and other user-centered artifacts to illustrate insights and guide design decisions  
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs  
• Design intuitive interaction flows and ensuring usability  
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams  
• Continuously test, iterate and improve user experience  
• Keep up to date with industry trends

We are seeking a UX designer who is/has:  

• Problem-solving attitude  
• Interested in being part of the circular economy 
• Enjoys working in dynamic teams centered around innovation and digital acceleration  
• A team player with great communication skills in both Swedish and English, verbally and written  
• Action oriented with delivery focus and a can-do attitude. 
• Curious, empathetic, asks insightful questions, listens to and acts on feedback to ensure the end-user has a seamless experience.  

You also have:  

• BSc in Design, Computer Science or a related field  
• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role  
• Proficient in Figma design software or similar  
• A strong portfolio of design projects  
• Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture and data visualization 
• Experience working in product teams  
• Experience working with user research
