During the program:
- Join a development program that combines learning with real business contribution
- Turn your academic knowledge into hands-on experience in operations, leadership and sustainability
- Work with trainees and colleagues from Poland, Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Italy
- Learn from experienced managers (for ex.: Branch Managers, Production Managers) who will support your growth
Wymagania
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, industrial economics, business, or a related field
- Up to 2 years of relevant post‑graduate experience
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Willingness to travel within Poland, Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Italy - no need to worry about the logistics, we’ll take care of that
- Ability to work on-site in Swarzędz or Siemianowice Śląskie/Sosnowiec or Trzebieńczyce, or Wschowa
- Valid driving licence
- An analytical mind who enjoys connecting the dots, sees the big picture, and takes initiative to move projects forward with a can‑do approach
